T- Minus 4

Count down has begun.  The next time i log on to blog we will be residents of Dubai.

My kids are becoming pensive.

The movers will be here tomorrow and expect my "things" to be categorized into 4 separate shipments

Airplane, Air Cargo, Boat, Storage... simple

Riley keeps praying the boat won't sink.

She's is great at keeping us laughing amidst stress.

i went out to dinner tonight in sweats, baseball hat and SLIPPERS.  Yes,  i knew it and could care less.

Depending on when you stop by my house, i WILL send you home with something: food, cleaning supplies, clothes or some other random item banned in Dubai.

Goodbyes are really lame.... even if they are disguised as fabulous parties.

i am actually looking forward to a 15 1/2 hour flight so i can relax.

Doling out lots of snuggles around here lately.

Until Dubai...

Good grief, woman! Are you really going through with this? (of course I knew you would, but still!)

This is going to be an incredible experience for your family, dear friend. And I can't wait to read about all the amazing experiences you will have on this journey. Lots of love to you and the family, you are sooooo precious!

By the way, if you want to duck out of this thing and you need somewhere to hide, you know where to find me!

Hugs!

Just catching up on my blog reading and saw our picture!:) I would have driven MUCH farther to see you before you left on your extended "vacation". That is what I'm calling it. On the serious side, God has your family on a great adventure for Him and I'm praying He will continue to provide you all with peace amidst all the different emotions you must be feeling. Love you guys so much and I'll make sure to keep you updated. Wink, wink:)

My friends you are dearly loved by the SAMs and we will be interceding on your behalf every time we think of you. Be a light and shine for the glory of the Lord!! Remember wherever you go while on this earth you are still just foreigners hoping for what is to come. Hold on to the anchor and enjoy your adventure!!

I'm so excited for you - but can hear the stress, weariness, and excitement in your blog. Looking forward to the next chapter. You are in my prayers - and the prayers of many of my friends. Love you!
